Chris and Denise Nelson have created a winery that has grown and stood the test of time, remaining one of the best and most popular wineries in the state. The pizza and tacos are amazing. Their wines are the great wines that everyone has come to expect. Hummingbird Distillery is now making rum, made from blackstrap molasses, a grape brandy, and a grappa. You won’t want to miss trying these or one of their cocktails. If you are able to get to one of the dinners at Fuego, you will want to go back again and again.
